Often, you end up searching for the latest version of your Workplace Risk Assessment (WRA), checking if the action plan is up to date, and ensuring that all relevant company information is included.

The APV Binder is designed to remove this stress. With a single click, you can download a complete, dated package containing all the material documenting your efforts. It is not just a single file, but a structured ZIP archive containing everything you need in formats that anyone can open and read.

What’s in the Binder?

In the first version of the APV Binder, we have focused on the core elements of your health and safety work. When you download the binder, you get a ZIP file named after your company and today’s date, for example apv-binder-{{COMPANY_NAME}}-2026-04-20.zip.

Inside the archive, you will find:

• Your Latest WRA Document: A readable Markdown file containing all the answers from your most recent review. It can be opened in any text editor or viewed directly within the system.
• Action Plan as CSV: A complete list of all items in your action plan. The file includes ID, category, problem description, proposed solution, priority, deadline, and current status. Since it is a CSV file, it can be opened directly in Excel or Google Sheets if you need to further process the data or share it with others.
• Manifest File: A manifest.json containing metadata about your organization, the time of export, and an overview of the contents. This ensures there is never any doubt about when the documentation was extracted.

When Should You Use It?

There are several situations where the APV Binder saves you time and trouble:

1. During Inspections: When the authorities visit, you can quickly hand over the complete documentation. It demonstrates professionalism and that you are in control of your compliance.
