Email reminders

Automatic reminders that keep deadlines and action items from slipping through the cracks.

Why it matters

You probably know the feeling. You’ve just walked through the workplace, spotted a few things that need fixing, and added them to your action plan. The apprentice needs training on the new saw, and the workshop ventilation is due for a service. But then the phone rings, a customer has an urgent problem, and suddenly two weeks have passed.

This is where good intentions often stall. It’s not because you don’t care about safety, but because daily life in a small business is full of interruptions. When you have to manually remember to follow up on every single deadline, it quickly becomes a mental burden that takes up space from the work you actually get paid for.

How it works

The system takes care of itself. Every morning at 08:00, the app checks if there are tasks in your action plan that are approaching their deadline or perhaps already overdue. If something requires your attention, an email lands in your inbox.

It’s not a long, overwhelming weekly report you have to fight through. You get a direct message about the specific task at hand. If an employee is responsible for a task, they get notified too. This way, you don’t have to play police officer and chase people to see if they’ve kept their promises. The app does it for you, so you can spend your time on the job site instead of in front of a screen.

What you get

The biggest benefit is peace of mind. You know that if something is about to slip through the cracks, you’ll get a nudge. It reduces that constant feeling that there’s something you’ve forgotten.

When the authorities come for an inspection, you can show that you haven’t just made a nice-looking WRA, but that you actually follow up on things in practice. It sends a strong signal that you’re in control of your business. At the same time, safety becomes a natural part of the daily routine because the reminders keep the focus on the small improvements that ultimately prevent accidents.
